Rev. Eduardo R. Yarde, Senior Pastor

Reverend Eduardo R. Yarde, a soldier in the army of the lord, pastor, friend, and leader of the Mt. Sinai Baptist church, Mattapan massachetts since March 1996.
Reverend Eduardo R. Yarde was born on March 10, 1958 in the city of Colon Republic of Panama (Central America), he graduated from Nocturna official high school, received a certificate in religious education at the Saint Mary’s University of Panama, immigrated to Boston, Massachetts on November, 1983, and attended the Roxbury Community College where he obtained a dual associate Degree in Business management and liberal arts. He also attended University of Massachetts , Luce fellows at Harvard Divinity and currently a candidate in the Doctoral of Christian counseling at the Bible College and Seminary in Independence , MO.
Reverend Yarde a former member of the First Christ of God on Shawmut Avenue, Pastor Yarded served in various capacities including, lay leaders, Sunday school teacher, youth leader and choir director.
Reverend Yarde a former member of Morning Star Baptist church, in Mattapan Massachetts. Pastor Yarded was licensed and Ordained at Morning Star under the official charge of Reverend Dr. John M. Border, III.
Pastor Yarde served as a volunteer chaplain at the Nashua street jail from 1991-1995 before appointed Chaplin at the Suffolk county house of correction. With a burring desire to do more for the men and women under his change , he decided that he could be more effective being a “case manger” , he was fired in January 1996 for taking I mates from the brook house to church (halfway house) . A year later he was called back to the Suffolk county house of corrections to developed and direct the LINC (Violence Prevention) unit.
Pastor Yarde is also state certified domestic violence, substance abuse counselor. He is currently a member of directors for emerge in Cambridge, massachetts.

Rev. Luellen Meadows, Assistant Pastor

Luellen Meadows, Jr. is the fourth child of the late Luellen Meadows, Sr. and Dorothy Meadows of Birmingham, AL. He is married to Regina Williams Meadows and has one daughter, Darcelle and one son-in-law, Strom Barry. He was licensed to “Preach the Gospel”, October 2003 and “Ordained” into the ministry, July 206.
Educated in Birmingham, Alabama, Luellen worked with and participated in the Historical Birmingham Civil Rights Movement.
As a Carver High School student he was among the “sit in demonstrations” held to protest segregation of eating facilities and was arrested along with the late Dr. Martin Luther, Jr. He later shared a jail cell with Dick Gregory and YT Walker as Dr. King pinned his letter form “Birmingham Jail.” While still a student, he witnessed the Commissioner, Eugene “Bull” Connor command the police officers o use dogs and water hoses against protestors during e of their many non-violent marches. His brother in law’s sister (Adde Mae Collins) age fourteen was one of the four little girls killed n the 16t Street Baptist Church bombing.
Luellen served in the U.S. Army for the three years and utilized the educational system by taking courses at the University of Maryland while employed at Boston Mutual Life Insurance Company. He attended Northeastern University Citation in personal Insurance inability income and business insurance. In 1996 he receives a diploma in Insurance Marketing. In the same year, he received a National “LUTCF” Designation (The Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow) He received a Masters degree in Urban Ministry in May 2004 from the Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.
